Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation is only eligible within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
• If you still wish to cancel after 24 hours, 10% of the product amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
2. Refund Timeline
• Refunds are generally processed on time. However, if there’s a delay due to bank or server issues, we are not responsible for the delay.
3. Return Options
We offer two return options:
a) Exchange
• If you wish to exchange a product that was delivered correctly (right size, right product), you will need to pay ₹220 as shipping charges.
b) Store Credit (Refund Alternative)
• If you prefer a refund, we only offer store credit equal to the product amount.
• The store credit will be issued after deducting the shipping fee(220) and 10%processing charges.
4. Exchange Charges
• If the correct order was delivered and you still want an exchange, you must pay ₹220 +10% processing as shipping charges.
5. Wrong or Damaged Product
• For any quality concerns or incorrect product deliveries, you must provide a proper opening video of the package.
• Without this video, we cannot process your return or exchange request.
